Consultants that don't know nothing is working for capitec and the intelligent people can not get jobs.
on Saturday my wife and I went to capitec to make arrangement for payment the consultant firstly didn't even greet when we approached her, she was talking to her friend, and kept us standing there until she finished her conversation, she didn't even offer us a seat. when we discussed the reason we there she did explain anything made a call to she lady and then put the phone down and told us we can not make any arrangements until the loan was paid up. so basically she said we ca not make a payment arrangement. please can someone help us with the payment arrangement.
