I cancelled my policy on the 20th November 2012. Veronica Noatlhudi called me to reconsider on the 21st November 2012. I told her telephonically that I had made my decision and would not be continuing with the policy any longer. Today after being alerted, I went into my bank and drew a statement and was shocked and beyond upset to find that 2Help1Direct was till debiting my account from November 2012 to date. I called immediately into their caller centre and spoke with a very unconcerned Veronica and was told that NOTHING had been processed around my cancellation. This is unacceptable and I want my MONIES reimbursed immediately and I want this policy CANCELLED. This incident proves even more so that I do not want to do business with this company.
