I have been trying to cancel my motorite policy since 2012-11-12. Everytime I call, the call centre gives me a different reason to why it cannot be cancelled. According to the Motorite Policy document, I have the right to cancel at any given time. I'm of the opinion that the call centre agent is acting against the FAIS and CPA act in terms of their response.
Can someone please assist me in cancelling this policy immediately. Failing which, I will have to take this matter to the Banking Ombudsman.
I also want to be refunded the premiums paid from 2012-11-12.
