I recently cancelled my policy with IFA/Clientele and i received a called from them to try and pursued me to reconsider, as it has a life insurance policy and a business policy i cancelled the business policy on the 26th of Nov. 2013 and that was when i received a call from them. A week or so after that i sent them a fax cancelling the life policy as well and was told it was being processed, then on the 16th of Dec i got billed for both business and life policy, the contract stated that they should take money on the 27th of each month and since i had cancelled i did not expect to be billed as i spoke a Ms. Maria Mokhuabane who told me the business policy was cancelled. i expect my money back because they failed to adhere to their agreement of the contract.
