Wrongful debits!

I settled my account in September 2013. In October, they debited my bank account still! I requested a reversal and a settlement letter, which I received. Yet in November 2013, they AGAIN debited my account! Is this going to happen every month? I want my details removed asap. I do not owe you a cent! STOP DEBITING my account! I do not want to run to my bank every month to try and reverse a wrongful debit nor sit ages on the phone trying to explain to a call centre agent that I no longer owe you anything and my account is closed!!
