How can we delay and not service you?

I ordered a smart device more than a month ago (7th November) and was told that delivery would take place at a later date.
I then received a sms to advise there is no stock availibility. Around two weeks later and nothing, no communication, no further sms messages, absolutely nothing.
Called the Call Centre twice and requested an ETA was told no one in the Call Centre can give me a date, I requested on my last call that a manager call me as its impossible that for three weeks no stock is available and that they can surely do a follow with the suppliers (I work in the cellular inductry so this isnt new to me). No call to date! I call today and select a follow up option, I end up with the courier company that delivers the devices, they politely advised me that no order has been sent to them! So who is fooling who here!!!
