I was told to go out as I was not a client

Me and my friend went to tzaneen fnb, for him to get large amount of money, as I waited for him, a "worker" at that branch said I must go out because I was not a client and I made the place look as if its fool! And come to think about it, I wana take my business account sumwhere because clearly that's not how you shud treat people
