Good day

I logged a call with Absa Insurance on Monday 09 December 2013 with regards to damage on my roof.
This was a claim I opened last year November.
The service provider that Absa sent out came to repair my roof 5 Times, & sadly I still have damage on my roof from them.

When i spoke to Absa on Monday they said with in 48 hours an assessor would be in touch with me, STILL NOTHING TO DATE!!!

Now with all this rain we have been having overthe last month I have water damage on my ceiling boards!!!

I will not pay the excess of R500.00 again to have my roof fixed proberly as it shoulf of been done last year.
