Where has my money gone?

Last week Tuesday I had a customer pay money into my account that I have had for about 6 years. When I went to check the status of my account I realised that it been closed without my request and without being informed of the account closure. I called the bank and they told me that the money would automatically be transferred back to the client in 5- 7 days. Untill now still no money in the clients account. I have made several phone calls and was told that I must sort it out with the customers bank myself and that FNB cant do anything about it!!! I want my money back and some explanations and responsibility to be taken!! I have so many large business accounts with FNB and this is how they treat their customers... Looks like I need a new banking institution.
