This complaint has been going on since 1/7/2013, to date FNB has chosen to totally ignore me, hoping I would go away.
I may not be a client that keeps FNB's doors open, but FNB should learn to treat each client likes it's their only client.
I want a refund for the R165, fee charged to me for clearing mu cheque and an interest claim for the 2;3;4 of July 2013 for the amount of $193.73, that was not cleared as stated by the Sandton City Branch, Forex divison.
This is just pathetic, and disgusting, that FNB can ignore a client like this...
