I understand that there have been a few hail storms of late, but does it really need to take you guys a week to get back to a person.
I got a call on Friday to ask what had happened when i explained i got told that i was going to get an sms to go see an assessor. I am still waiting for that to happen. I know my car will only get fixed next year and I'm fine with that but can you guys do what you say you gonna do and not just make us wait.
