I went to Head Office on Friday 08-Nov-2013 for assessment my car after an accident claim. Got there by 07am. I went in the foyer, sat at the couch. Most guys were coming in for work. Most were ignoring me even a simple greeting, those who bothered to greet were saying 8ta.
At about 0732 Kurai came from the steps i am sure she was going for a meeting. Greeted me, asked if i was fine, i told her i am for assessment, she rushed to call the assessors for me and i could tell she was late for the meeting with the way she rushed into the meeting room. If thats not going extra mile then nothing is. Keep it up Kurai.
After failing to get hold of my claim advisor since Friday who doesnt bother respond to emails or even call with updates on my claim, i mean Solani Baloyi, I spoke to Tshepo Campell. I was so angry after the service i am getting from Solani. She cooled me down. I put her on hold when i received a long call, thought she was gonna drop but alas, she was holding for me. She explained to me everything relevant to my claim and even stuff to take care of when buying a car. My wish is to be assisted by these two whenever i contact MiWay
