3rd party service provider-bad service

I damaged my rims and Miway processed my claim within a few days. My problem is the company tasked to provide the repair service- Mudguard Kempton Park received my 2 wheels on Tuesday the 5th of November. To this day i have not received my car back which is very inconvenient. I went to mudguard on Tueday the 12th of November to follow up and was told my wheels were back but now a wheel alignment was still to be done. Today is Friday 15th of November and i am still waiting for my car. I have called mudguard several times to make follow ups and have contacted miway to ask them to call these guys and deal with this problemas I explained to the guys at Mudguard I have exams on this weekend and next week and they assured me a maximum of 8 days (just for rim repair). Miway should reconsider their 3rd party service providers as they dont seem to have any sort of care with regards to service to us. I pay my insurance on time and for me to wait 2 weeks for a rim repair on 2 tyres. I have been forced to take additional leave at work as it s difficult to get to work without my car. I need my car by end of the day
