On Saturday 7 December 2013 I purchased R50-00 electricity through mobile banking. I received an SMS saying FNB is currently experiencing technical difficulties and that I should try again later. On Sunday 8 December 2013 I purchased R50-00 electricity through internet banking and received my token number. I did not however receive the R50-00 back that was taken through my attempt on mobile banking. With internet banking I lodged a query on [URL Removed] and received a message on the screen saying that some one will contact me in a few minutes. It's now more than 24 hours later and I still have not received a call or my money back. Please can someone from FNB get in contact with me regarding this, as I'm not happy at all.
