New card sent to incorrect branch

I upgraded my account from a smart account to a cheque account. Firstly they incorrectly upgraded me to another account. But after I called back and rectified the account they asked the details of where my card needed to be sent to. Told them the branch in PE. Couple of days later I got an sms to say that the card is at the branch and I can collect it. 30 minutes later I got a call from a lady at a branch in JHB. My card has been incorrectly sent there. She promised me that she would sent it overnight and that it would be in PE last week Wednesday/Thursday. I phoned today to check if my card is in PE and the card is not here. Branch in PE phoned JHB and the card has not even been sent yet. Because of this delay I will miss out on my discounts for the flights I wanted to book today. Who is going to refund me for that? Not impressed at all. So much for your advert on the radio that these situations wont happen.
