British Airways Card grounded before take-off

I have never used this card and gone to the branch to cancel it several times, yet statements are sent to my house and the fees owing keeps increasing. Pls contact your Paarl branch or check your call centre records to see how many times I have visited and called to cancel this. I am fedup and want this card cancelled now as well as the fees reversed. Also ensure that this is removed from my credit profile as I do not want a credit card.
