I have been to the garage that I regularly visit to fill petrol on Friday and was told that they can't fill for me because a person by the name of Amos sent an email and called them and said that I can't use my petrol card because of activity. I was totally shocked as I know that FNB has not contacted me on this matter and got the contact details from the garage and called Amos on his cell. When I called him and enquired about his accusation he stated that I keep on filling petrol and thereafter do a reversal/claim for the monies, I advised him that this is not the case and I have had one incident whereby there was extra funds deducted from my account in regards to filling petrol, I handed the query to the bank and the Bank Manager from Overport, Anand assisted me and did an investigation that took 3months thereafter the bank reimbursed the funds because they said that the money was double debited from my account. I never made a reversal and it was FNB's decision to reimburse me, to that he replied that maybe I have "friends" at the bank that are reimbursing the money and assisting with activity, I amutterly disgusted at this accusation. i want facts!
