I'm definitely moving everyone that I referred to Old Mutual. I made a very big error. I have to spend money to get answers. 2 months on NO FEEDBACK, OLD MUTUAL BEHAVES LIKE OUR GOVERNMENT. TOTAL DISREGARD ON SERVICE. I UNDERSTAND I'M JUST A POLICY NUMBER. GET ME A PERSON THAT CAN ACCOUNT FOR OLD MUTUAL'S ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME. I DON'T BELIEVE IN THIS TIME AND DAY THAT NO FEEDBACK HAS BEEN SINCE i LOGGED A CLAIM. IS EVERYONE TREATED THE SAME OR IS BECAUSE I'M BLACK AND PAY A SMALL PREMIUM. UTTERLY DISGUSTED.
