Sum1 please help... still no delivery

I ordered a smart device phone on the 11th of March, everything was approved as per the sms a recived from fnb, i was then told it would take 10 - 15 working days for the delivery of the phone... 10 working days passed, still no phone, so i call fnb smart device team on the 21th of march to inquire on the progress of the deivery, they inform that i must for 15 days to pass then call back if phone is still nt received (please take note dat its take atleast 45mins before you get throu to sum1)... i called again on the 25th, dis time im told they track the fone because the order was already made, i must wait for the delivery service to contact me... Then i decide 2 report my situation on the fnb facebook page, RS Jacobs kindly responds to my desperate cry for help & he logs an enquery for me, i get a call from delivery services on the 27th & they claim they never received my order from fnb bt will urgently deliver the device, fnb smart device team also contact me on the same day, the blame game starts... fnb claims that they changed the delivery services hence the delay and also promise delivery... 2day is the 15th day, i still dont have the phone & no word from FNB.
