I'm absolutley disgusted in old mutual

In short, I went to old mutual clarmont branch in cape town to get a 3 month premium holiday for my investment and retirement. 6 months down old mutual contacts me as to say that my policy is going to laps as no payments have been made to my surprise I draw a statement and notice that they have not been debiting. I go to the wynberg branch and here I'm told all details were captured as to say I wanted a premium holdiday however nothing actioned and that the debit order was not activated. At this point I'm irrate but calm I ask her to please call claremont and ask to speak to the lady who assisted me, she noted that she can't however will try and help after 2 days she got hold of me and said she still hadn't received any feedback and 2 months down the line I have heard nothing no communication what so ever #shocked. Then to top it all i ask them to stop debit orders that are paying from my account for other account holders and two months down the line, STILL they continue to deduct after they reassured me they wouldn't. I'm absolutely disappointed in old mutual and I feel my trust has been betrayed. I have therefor taken the decision to advice my family to cease their OM products.
