I called FNB on Saturday morning to follow up on the payout of my loan that I had applied for found myself getting completely nowhere as the usual call centre unprofessional consultants who why they are still stuck in a call center went on to transfer me all over the place, not probe my query or even care to probe David had a great attitude and took the time to find out resolving my issue he really is an asset to your organization
