I applied for a loan and was informed that I qualify for R8400. I completed the 8 forms and mailed it back with all supporting documents on the 4th of December. On the 5th when I emailed Tumelo Keele and asked how long this will take she said all was going well and I will receive payout latest on Friday 6th December. On Friday afternoon I asked that she will just check to see if all is well and THEN came back to me saying that one form I need to sign again and send back to her which I did immediately (that was the Iwell form), when phoning this morning I was informed that they still had to do job confirmation... seriously??? I am a teacher schools closed yesterday for the teachers. In the meantime 2 other places was willing to help me and I turned them down cause I all ready got approved for R8400 and signed the contract. This is really terrible service.
