In the past I have sent various email to the Discovery Travel Partners to access information on their flights. Finally I get a response from one of them... and I wish I didn't! Rather don't call me if you are going to tell me that you cannot help me, and that I need to painstakingly go through every single flight option to search for the best price in your system that continuously kicks me out. Every time I have tried to use this for a holiday booking, I end up booking directly through the airline or another booking site.
Discovery Vitality really needs to revise their customer service offering of Travel Partner "benefit", because I am beyond frustrated and this reflects poorly on Vitality, which I am normally completely loyal to and a true ambassador.
