Efund still not processed after more than a month

Using the Momentum Multiply online travel desk I booked into the Protea Hotel Witbank for the 29th March - 31st March. My booking reference is 2B6949A5. I paid R966 to Momentum for this. When we returned from our stay there was another amount of R1115.04 which was deducted on 2nd April 2013 off my credit card.

I contacted Protea Hotel Witbank to follow up and I was told that Multiply hadn't paid them so they deducted the amount. My husband then contacted Multiply to enquire because we dealt with them and not Protea Hotel. He first spoke to Delicia who then escalated the query to her manager Nwabisa who then promise to call back for feedback. He has even left voicemails which are never responded to. It's been more than a month waiting for my refund and the bank is already charging me interest on late payment.
At the present moment I am not pleased with the Multiply service and I would appreciate it if someone would look into this matter and request my refund me as soon as possible from Protea Hotel Witbank
