On Friday the 29th of November my cellphone was in the greenstone shopping center, on reporting the matter on Monday i got a response from my insurance less than 24 hours later to say my claim was approved and that i should get a new phone. to my disappointment on arriving to the store i was told it was discontinued. i got in touch with the broker manager Megan Hope who for two days searched high and low for this phone. I can safely say she felt my desperation and comforted me the whole way which to be honest was very consoling after my loss. to finish off the matter donovan Fourie took over the matter today and secured the only available phone with one of their suppliers. needless to say i will be receiving my phone on monday. this leaves me with no sense of loss as i can do a backup n restore of the new phone and the horible incident will be just a hazy memory thanks to the two amazing people who go the extra mile to make their customers losses their own.
