I am Retrenched from the 18 Sept 2013. I went to the bank explain what is going on and why I cant pay my Loan the consultant send it of to the Insurance Department. The Insurance is for Death & Disability, Dread Disease I understand that the cant help me but i mean I am with out a work what must I do at least they can try and help me but sure after several calls I spoke to a Lady by the name of Sybil Kelly on the 26/11/13 time 11.30 she told me I dont need to pay until 31 March 2014 but now I keep getting messages I will be handed over to Lawyers. What can I do to keep my name clear It is not my fault that i am without work
