What a rude person

I am usually a very happy AON client, especially when dealing with the Johannesburg office. The Pretoria office service is pathetic to say the least.

I called today at 14h20 to do a quote, and was told it can only be done on Monday, my apparent "consultant is Refilwe". I ask why, a call center does not close at 14h00 on a Friday, ask to speak to a manager, and was transferred to Debbie Coettzee, who says, she will see if she can do it. When I asked her, why I always get bad service at the Pretoria office, she got extremely rude, screaming at me that she will not accept that. She spoke to me as if I am her dog. So AON, is this the face of your company now?

I eventually call the Claims fulfillment department in Johannesburg, in the hope the person I know there will transfer me to someone that knows the term customer service, I was instead referred back to Refilwe.

Suppose its time to go elsewhere, as if I take delivery on Monday, I need the car insured.
