I work at Franzall Brokers. A Client phoned me to add a vehicle to her current policy as she is taking delivery today. Friday i phoned the dealer and Sylvester said I should phone the invoice department they will be able to help me, the phone kept ringing for at least half an hour. No answer no invoice.
This morning i phone the Invoice department again and spoke to Mimi. She was plain rude and not willing to help me! First she did not want to help me at all telling me the client must first receive a sms from the invoice department. So i told her the client is taking delivery of the vehicle today and she said no again. She did not even have any of the client details. So i gave her the client s ID when nothing show up on her system i asked her if i can give her his wife's ID and she just said NO! i should give her the cellphone number and i did. She said shes going to transfer me to someone else. the next moment i hear a recorded message saying the person in busy, please call again and the phone went dead after that!
