I went to deposit money at the post office in Arcadia branch, Pretoria this morning. The teller told me that the money that I already have in the account is too much therefore I cannot deposit more money. I then left and when I get to the office I asked to speak to the manager in charge of the post office. They referred me to the lady called Christina. Before I could even finish relating my story she started shouting at me. She was so rude and as such I was not assisted as such. She even told me to phone their customer helpline and report her if I so wish. I then asked her to speak to the manager in charge of the post office and she dropped the phone.
I phoned again and she then told me that there is no one who can assist me except her. I feel that my customers rights were violated and as such I do not have any interest in banking with the post office.
