I have just gotten back from Fournos Bakery in Rosebank and am absolutely disgusted by the way management treat their staff at this branch. One of their customers used the till to store her goods as she went on shopping so when the lady at the till was ringing our goods up she accidentally included one of the other ladies goods. She politely asked the manager to void the item when he went off in tirade calling her stupid and asking her why she keeps doing this. The till lady looked upset and said she really does not like it when he says things like that to her infront of the customers so I challenged the manager to apologise to her and instead he said no she is stupid so he will continue to call her stupid.
This is disgusting behaviour and I would like to see a written apology to myself as well as the staff member involved. The manager was an elderly man with a strong accent and quite frankly should be sued for defamation of character if he continues to treat his staff like this.
