As we walked into the bank at exactly 09h00 and the one teller was on her cell phone and only one teller was open.we waited on the queue and the teller that assisted us was rude and could not wait to get rid of us and started blaming the branch that we had previously gone to for what ever mistake they made on our account, she was unprofessional and rude, we reported her to her manager who promised to speak to her, she spoke very poorly to customers that came after us, I'm glad I don't bank with FNB An it's unfortunate that our society accounts are with FNB
