Pathetic service, bye bye FNB

2009 was the worst year of my life, i lost a job, no other income and stressed out, I had a cheque acc and a credit card which was hard to maintain I was handed over to Groeneweld Lubbe, fair enough I made arrangements and paid the card up in 2011, and the cheque acc and also sent relevant documents to FNB as proof that my accounts are cleared today I went to the branch to upgrade my acc from a smart to a gold cheque now that I have a decent job, lo and behold it was declined because of the the credit card I already paid up, I called the call centre, I got the worst customer service and attitude from Tshepo, and now Im back at step one, upgrade refused and bad customer services. I called Standard Bank and guess what Im getting a personal cheque acc with all benefits, Thank you FNB for horrible service im moving all my accounts to Standard Bank
