Capitec has been debiting my account early for months, they debit me before my salary has even gone into my account. I received a call from my bank to inform me that this is reflecting badly on my credit profile and the bank then froze my account for 5 days due to these early debits. I have made numerous phone calls to Capitec to try and resolve this early debit situation but it continues. I spent hours trying to resolve the issue with my bank, I couldn't use my debit card or even withdraw cash from the ATM. I demand this situation be resolved immediately.
