On the 5th of this Month we removed a vehicle from our policy with immediate effect and were told that we would be refunded for the remainder of the month that we had paid for. As to date this has not been done. Outsurance you are very fast to debit my account, but giving back what is not yours, is a different story! Thinking of moving my account away from Out and going to Mutual and Federal!
