Inability to draw money

On more than one occasion now, I have been unable to draw money from the ATM for a period of up to 24 hours. The slip states that I have insufficient funds although there is enough money in my account i.e. R 1000 balance and the ATM rejects a R400 withdrawal. THIS IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND A HUGE INCONVENIENCE.

When I called customer care the following day, the lady was not able to help me. She advised me to go to the branch, which I can't do as I work during banking hours. At this rate, I am seriously considering changing banks.
