GOOD MORNING
This is to complain about the POOR service i received from ABSA in Port Elizabeth Branch (Vehicle Finance).
i was financed for the 2nd time by Absa for a Corsa Utility 2010 model. My account number is 79969350. My car had an accident and was written off. Budget requested a settlement letter which was sent and they paid the debt, and i am only left with balance of R2000 at Absa now which is due to me as an Excess fee. I received a call while i was going through, depression and stress from Shaferon Johannes at Absa (P.E) which raised my Hope up. She told me to get quotes which i did and forwaded early November 2013. i waited for response, till yesterday (04 December 2013) because i was worried about time. she then told me it was declined, i asked why i was never informed, because ABSA phoned me for a new application, i never did. I refuse to fail especially after the Poor service i received. i will be taking my PAIN to the my Lawyers, and Media, but i will wait for your response first.
