I've been in an MVA on the 31st of August 2013, the person who knocked into me is an Outsurance client & at 1st they were quick to respond to my claim, then it just stood still which is currently still happening, I have been without a vehicle for 2 months now having been told that the claim would not take more than 8 weeks to settle (knowing already that the party that caused the accident had already been paid out I expected speedy service), everytime I call in to check what's happening with my claim I get the same old story - "the claim has not yet been authorised by management" then when I asked if there was a problem with the claim they would reply "no Mr. Abrahams theres just a very big back log" before this whole incident I was considering of using Outsurance as my personal Insurance company but after this bad service I would not recommend this company too anybody I am very dis-satisfied by this.
