Last year in October my car got broken into and laptops along with some other goods were. The claim was sorted and the money was paid, no problem. But when it came to paying the data recovery claim Outsurance all of a sudden requested the class repair invoice, which I can understand with some doubts. Never the less, I spoke to Mrs Malokah from Outsurance regarding this and I send her the requested documents straight away. TWICE. Till this day I have not received any proof of payment. WHY SHOULD I CONTINUOUSLY FOLLOW UP? I realy hope that by posting this, Outsurance will resolve this issue and see it as an urgent matter! The claim number is 89514016.
