DEFAULT ON ITC

I have been trying to get hold of Natalie Pretorius and have sent her an email and left 2 messages for her to phone me, with no reply.

I settled my African Bank Credit Card on 23 January 2013. I requested to be removed from ITC. I was told by Natalie Pretorius on 5 April 2013 that there is nothing on ITC to remove, as they have not listed a Default on ITC.

I now applied for a Bond and it was declined because of a Default on ITC from African bank that was listed on 30 November 2012.

I need to have this resolved A.S.A.P!!!

I have had enough of this!!!
