Hi, i would like to say a big thank you to Robert who is the Consumer Dispute Representative at ABIL Consumer Advocate's Office. I had an issue getting through to ABIL's call center the whole morning yesterday, being on hold for about 30 minutes just to be cut off when i got through. This occurred 4 times and i was on my Cell Phone too so you can imagine how frustrated i was getting. I was just about to wright a complaint about ABIL on here when i saw Robert's contact details so i thought i would give him a call and take a chance to see if he could help. This employee is so efficient and extremely helpful and i would like to extend my biggest thanks to him for his assistance and professionalism.
