Style36 really delivered on their "7 Day Returns Policy"... I ordered shoes online and the make was a bit bigger than I anticipated. Contacted the call centre and Natalie assisted me... she gave me all the information I needed within minutes!! All my questions were answered and I knew the exact process I was about to endure! The courier arrived an hour after my call with Natalie! She then e-mailed me to ensure the courier had arrived and immediately arranged the order for the correct shoe size keeping me updated all the way! Its not often that one receives friendly, helpful AND efficient service all at once! Smiles all around and I cannot wait to receive my gorgeous wedges!! Thanks Natalie!
