No feedback regarding issue

I have been in contact with Tshepo from FNB since 14 November 2013 regarding a judgement against my name that should not even be there. I have given all relevant documentation to him, and still no response. Now he is ignoring my calls and e-mails that is being sent. I want the judgement removed ASAP!!!
