Maritz Schreurs have a judgement against me with transunion which they lodged in 2008. When I requested copies of the documentation, I found that this was an old judgement which was originally listed in 2001 and which to my knowledge was paid through my divorce attorneys as part of the divorce settlement. Not only that but also to my knowledge it is illegal to lodge the same judgement twice. On inspecting the documents, they are identical except that the case number has been changed by Maritz Schreurs but the date is still shown as the same documents from 2001. How is this possible that the same judgement can be lodged twice but given a different case number. All attempts and there have been many many attempts to contact them with only one response from a Mr Du Triou who promised me that Mr Schreurs would get back to me have proved futile. It seems as if they really dont care. I really want to get on with my life and have this judgement removed but I cannot do so if the attorneys concerned will not contact me. Please can you assist.
