I was under debt review from Feb 2009 to Feb 2012 and the above supplier issued a judgement on my name illegally. Whilst under debt review no garnishee court orders or judgement can be issued and I received no notice or summonds advising me of this judgement. This judgement was issued in Feb 2011 and I would like Flemix (Coombe & Assoc) to remove this judgement at their cost as this judgement was obtained illegally. Onl upon requesting a credit report from transunion i found out about the judgement and tried contacting them. I have not signed any on receiving any documents or summonds as I would have told them that I was under debt review.
I tried calling but their contact details are to no avail and i send an email about my issue but received no response other than some consultant will contact me.
