Credit card complaint

Settled my balance on 30 Nov 2013 (based on the settlement leter produced at the midrand (sandridge branch)), called the call centre (same day) to close account and this got botched. Called back 05 dec and was told that there is still an outstanding balance of R60-00 (approx). Just spoke with the call centre person who (was not rude) but really didnt listen to what the issue was.
