Ad service in resolving motor vehcle claim

Documents requested and faxed on 18th November to standard bank insurance. followed up with daily telephone calls, no communication recieved since the 18th. after i was told tht the turn around time was 5 days max.i have been phoning for the last 2 weeks everyday and everytime its been said that they will call back and i have not recieved 1 call back thus far. REF NUMBER: 390087
