I would like to report a bad service i am receiving from Standard Bank insurance.
My carhas been bumped and i reported the matter to the police and Standard Bank on the 23 October 2013.

Standard Bank insurance called me to say i must take the car for an assessment in Brakpan on the 25 October 2013 of which my husband and i did, the assessment was done on the 25 October 2013. they promised to call us back the following week but they never did.
Everytime we call Standard Bank for an update they asks us if we had taken the car for an assessment and everytime we tell them the same answer YES we did, and the consultant would promise to call us back and he NEVER did.

We politelt ask Standard Bank to keep us updated regarding the progress of this claim and no one is bothering to assist, it is almost four weeks now my car is smashed and i am not getting any joy from Standard Bank.

I do not want to be asked the question "have you taken your for an assessment" again.

I would appreciate if this matter can be sorted ASAP.
