Applied for customer credit assist on 27 March and then again on 16 April. I have completed all required paper work, have recieved an acknowledgement email receiving all documents. I called the call centre number only to be told that "we are still within our 15 day turn around time". Well, that turn around time has long time passed and I have still not had any form of communication from a bank that I have banked with for 24 years. Apparently loyal long-standing customers are not a priority for Standard Bank!!!
