I applied for a smart device online and received an sms saying that my application is being processed and i will receive feedback shortly. Its been 7 days and i have received NO feedback. I have made NUMEROUS calls to FNB and was passed from pillar to post as NO 1 could assist me. I spent in total approx 4 hours on the phone since Monday (2 Dec 2013) and still no 1 was able to assist me. A colleague of mine from FNB was able to assist me as said that my application was declined due to funds (besides) my monthly salary was under a certain amount.

THIS IS PATHETIC THAT FNB WOULD NOT EVEN DO A CREDIT CHECK OR AFFORDABILITY CHECK BUT RATHER A CHECK ON HOW MUCH MONEY IS COMING INTO MY ACCOUNT?
