Exactly a week ago I posted a complaint on this site w.r.t. Nedbank's lack of communication when I enquired as to WHY my settlement balances are higher than the debts at inception. Other than what appears to be an automated reply after my complaint on Hello Peter, I have had no feedback from Nedbank. Please can someone at Nedbank assist me? As I want to settle and move on!!!
